The Museum commissioned me to design an exclusive apparel collection for its second collaboration with the NFL Washington Commanders. Building on the success of their initial partnership, where The Museum became the first local Black-owned business to design guest services uniforms for an NFL franchise, this collection expands the vision. The latest designs celebrate the vibrant spirit of Washington, D.C., blending the city’s culture, team legacy, and the passion of Commanders fans into unique, statement pieces. This partnership highlights the intersection of sports, style, and community, paying homage to both the team’s heritage and the city that supports it.
